Product Description
Electronic grade ultra pure aluminum source (above 6.5N) is one of the indispensable supporting materials for producing antimonide devices with MBE and MOCVD techniques.
We mainly produce 5N, 5N5-6N5 ultra pure aluminum and aluminum alloy materials, and what’s worth noting is that we are the first in China to successfully develop and produce 6N5 ultra pure aluminum. We are capable of producing 1,200 tons of high purity aluminum annually and can provide round ingots, slab ingots, sections of high purity aluminum of various dimensions such as 30-Φ450mm and 1070×380mm, as well as cast ingots, targets and sections of aluminum alloys as per our clients’ requirements.
